Delete your Leaf Care account

Leaf Care users can permanently delete their account and associated data inside the Android app.

How to delete your account

  1. 1Sign in to Leaf Care.
  2. 2Open Settings.
  3. 3Select Delete account.
  4. 4Enter the current password and select Permanently delete.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes the account, plants, care logs, authentication sessions, stored photos, AI cache and usage records, and Plant Coach conversation threads. Account-specific credentials, reminders, notifications, and cached plant data are also cleared from the device.

Can't access the app?

Email hello@catalinaavadani.com from the email address associated with the Leaf Care account. State that you want the account permanently deleted. Additional verification may be required to prevent unauthorized deletion.
